Ya, I know I haven't answered my messages yet...>~< Sorry! Vacation has been busy! :/
I have like more drawings that I've done, but I'm not so sure when I'll be able to put them up! >.>
But anyways, I managed to start and finish this Hetalia Philippines OC design!
Yes the flower is Manila! (But I'm open for other suggestions) Semi-Chibi and in her military uniform! (I based it off of the real military academy uniforms they wear, minor changes though) I'll link a picture of them when I get a chance later.
